CPD Accreditation

The Local Organising Committee of The Irish Dental Hygienists Association (IDHA), the Scientific Committee of the International Symposium on Dental Hygiene 2022 (ISDH2022) and the International Federation of Dental Hygienists (IFDH) are delighted to present the peer review report by The Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) on the ISDH2022 programme.

The ADEE peer review panel was made up of members drawn from countries with different approaches to the education of oral health professionals (Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain and Norway).

The relevance and variety of the content in relation to the meetings’ overall theme “The Future in our Hands” and the four subcategories: Care, Enable, Adapt and Learn, and the composition of the ISDH2022 abstract review panel were reviewed.

The report confirms that ISHD2022 meets the expected standards of an international meeting for oral health professionals and educators. ADEE confirms that attendance at this conference equates to 16 hour CPD or ECEC(d)
